1. Are you manufacture or trading company?

    We are factory with more than 16 years' making umbrellas experience in China.

2. Can you offer free samples? What is sample lead time ?

    A. Normal charge is USD 16/PC and it's refundable once order confirm. If there are sample in stock, it might be free. 
    B.Sample time : Around 3-5 working days after payment confirmed.

3. What is payment terms ? 
    T/T : 30 % deposit pay before production, 70% balance pay before shipment.
     L/C is providing if client requests.

4. How long about your production lead time ? 
    ETD: Within 10-45 days according to requests and quantity.

5. How does your factory control the quality?
    A. We have strict quality control system in the actual production process.

    B. A pre-production sample will be produced before mass production and need clients confirm to proceed. For each step, we have strictly online QC inspection.

    C. After goods packed in cartons, our QC will inspect goods at randomly based AQL, and keep the report to sales before shipment.
