1.Custom Logo Confirmation Process for Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
First, we will provide a 1:1 scale logo design draft (with printing process notes). After the customer's initial confirmation, we will make a physical sample (usually taking 3-5 days). Customers can request up to 2 free revisions after receiving the sample (such as adjusting font thickness or logo position), and then confirm the sample again after revisions. Once the sample is finally approved, we will sign a production confirmation form and start mass production. We will share progress screenshots throughout the process to ensure the logo restoration meets the corporate VI requirements.
2.Environmental Certification of Materials for Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
The Pongee fabric and nylon fabric we use both meet the quality requirements of OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, and are free of harmful chemicals like formaldehyde and heavy metals. The composite material of fiberglass and aluminum alloy for the umbrella ribs also complies with RoHS environmental standards, meeting the environmental requirements for corporate export, ESG compliance, or internal procurement.
3.Color Matching Accuracy for Custom Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
We support precise color matching based on the Pantone color code provided by the customer. The color difference of the fabric is controlled within ΔE≤1.5 (the industry standard is ΔE≤2.0), and the color difference of logo printing is ≤ΔE≤1.0. We will make a color-matching sample before mass production; production will start only after the customer confirms the color is correct. If there is a color mismatch due to our error, we will provide free re-production.
4.Overseas Shipping Packaging Protection for Bulk Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
We use a two-layer packaging: five-layer corrugated cartons (with moisture-proof film) + individual umbrella sleeves (dust-proof and waterproof). The inside of the carton is fixed with EPE foam dividers to avoid collision and wear during transportation. Each carton is equipped with shock-absorbing buffer corners as standard; for full-container shipping, we additionally wrap stretch film for reinforcement. The historical damage rate for overseas shipping is controlled within 0.3%. If damage occurs due to packaging issues, we will provide free replacement for the damaged quantity.
5.After-Sales Quality Issue Handling Time for Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
We will respond within 12 hours after receiving the customer’s quality feedback, and issue a problem analysis report within 24 hours. For minor issues like umbrella fabric fraying or logo peeling, we will arrange for replacement of the corresponding quantity within 7 days. For bulk issues like umbrella rib breakage or vent structure malfunction, we will start rework or re-production within 10 days, and cover all logistics costs throughout the process to ensure it does not affect the customer's gift distribution or event use.
6.Feasibility of Adding Special Functions to Custom Vented Promotional Umbrellas？
We support adding a variety of special functions, such as engraving corporate abbreviations on umbrella handles, gold/silver hot stamping on umbrella canopies, or printing QR codes on umbrella sleeves (linking to the corporate official website). For simple functions (like handle engraving), no additional development costs are needed—only a fee will be added based on the original customization cost. For complex functions (like adding reflective strips to the canopy), it takes 3-7 days to develop a sample, and the cost will increase more. Specific discounts can be negotiated based on the order quantity.
