Umbrella Ordering Process

Our order fulfillment process is the key to ensuring the correct completion of logo embossing, quickly delivering products to customers in just 3 steps.

1,Order Placement

Contact our customer service team via our website’s direct chat, email, phone, or SMS. Our professionals will assist with product options, design services, pricing, ongoing discounts, and any additional information needed to place your order.

2,Production Approval

Share your design files or requirements with our customer service team (via email attachments or chat—we accept nearly any file format). Our designers will create a digital mockup for your review. Once approved, we’ll finalize production details, including logo placement, printing specifications, and estimated shipping dates.

Note: Design files are stored indefinitely for easy reorder consistency.

3,Order Shipment

Your order undergoes 3 quality inspections before final packaging. Upon completion, we’ll ship immediately and provide tracking updates. You’ll receive delivery confirmation once your package arrives at its destination.

Standard Lead Time: 30 business days for production. Rush printing services available upon request during order confirmation.

Design Drawing/Logo File Requirements

File Formats: Preferred formats are vector files: [.ai] or [.eps] (if available).

File Conversion: Our design department offers free-of-charge file conversion services for production orders, transforming file types like [.png], [.jpeg], or [.tiff] into high-resolution vector formats.

Product Digital Mockup: Upon receiving your design files, we’ll create a digital mockup of the umbrella for your production approval before proceeding with manufacturing.

Color Specification: Product printing colors are specified using the Pantone PMS® color reference system. Our color-matching system also supports cross-referencing from HEX, RGB, CMYK, and other color spaces.

Quality Assurance & After-Sales Service

Our factory’s ISO 9001/Sedex4P certifications ensure product quality—premium craftsmanship is the cornerstone of our company’s foundation. Under normal personal use conditions, all items listed on this website have a minimum specified service life of 5 years. In many cases, Hongjie Umbrella products last 10 years or longer.

After-Sales Service: We provide full after-sales support for defective new products. However, no express or implied warranties apply to products used in shared economy scenarios.

Sample Orders

Before placing a production order, quality-assured sample orders are available, with full cooperation for any adjustments or new designs received after sample shipment until formal production begins, as follows;

Unprinted "Blank" Samples

Cost: $16.00 per umbrella + shipping fees (dependent on customer-selected shipping method and address). Shipped from Longgang District, Shenzhen, China, via various carriers, typically within 7 business days after sample order placement.

Note: This fee is refundable upon confirmation of a formal production order.

Pre-Production "Printed" Samples

Before issuing a fully confirmed local production order, when the customer requests approval for the actual printed sample, a sample order with your logo or design pattern can be provided. The cost of pre-production sample orders is as follows:

● Add the unprinted product samples and shipping costs mentioned above:

● Screen printing plate fee: $15.00 per color.

Note: Complex digital printing incurs no setup fees—sample costs vary by design requirements . After confirming the formal production order, the above-mentioned fees can be refunded.

Pre-production samples receive priority processing and ship expedited from our Longgang District factory

Additional Embossing Charges

Printing Costs: Our unit prices and quotes include a single-color logo embossed on one of eight panels plus the screen-printing fees for the single-color logo.

Extra Imprint Fees: $15.00 per color/location, with additional screen-printing plate fees of $15.00 per color (for each extra logo color).

Freight and Packaging

Fees depend on:

● Customer-selected delivery address

● Specific quantity of umbrellas

● Chosen shipping method

As a Shenzhen-based umbrella manufacturer, final shipping costs are calculated based on the distance from our factory to the destination and carrier rates.

Individual Packaging Fees: No charge (does not include custom packaging requested by customers).

Production Lead Time

From receipt of confirmed production order to shipment from our Longgang District, Shenzhen, China factory:

● Samples: Typically 7-10 business days

● Formal orders: 30-45 business days (dependent on quantity and design complexity)

Expedited production available when umbrella frames or canopy fabric are in stock.

Factory Bulk Production Services

Through our Shenzhen production center, minimum order quantities (MOQs) for various umbrella types are as follows, applicable to larger orders with extended lead times:

● Golf umbrellas: 100 units minimum

● Collapsible umbrellas with black tips: 500 units minimum

● Collapsible umbrellas with colored tips: 1,200 units minimum

● Standard straight-bone umbrellas: 200 units minimum

● Wooden straight-bone umbrellas: 500 units minimum

● Mini umbrellas: 1,200 units minimum

Payment

We accept payments via all major credit cards and PayPal. For credit card payments, please request the link to our electronic invoice.

Available payment methods also include: Organized checks, electronic transfers, wire transfers, etc. Contact our customer service for specific payment arrangements.

T/T Terms: 30% deposit paid before production,70% balance paid before shipment.

Terms and Conditions

Billing Terms: All invoices are net due upon invoicing and must be prepaid at order confirmation unless a commercial credit account has been established in advance or otherwise agreed. Late invoices may incur interest charges.

Sales Tax: Prices and quotes listed on this website do not include applicable local or regional sales tax unless explicitly stated.

Import Duties: Unit prices for U.S. shipments are calculated based on current U.S. Customs import duty rates under classification codes [HS#6601.91.00.00] and [HS#6600.99.00.00]. Any supplementary or additional duties resulting from changes in U.S.- China trade policies, as well as associated processing fees, are the buyer’s responsibility.

Currency: Invoice currency depends on the final delivery country unless otherwise specified. Prices shown are in USD for U.S. shipments and CAD for Canadian shipments. International orders are quoted in USD by default—contact us for special quotes in other currencies/regions.

Freight Terms:

● EXW (Ex-Works): Our Shenzhen, China factory. We deliver goods at the factory gate; customers assume full costs and risks (shipping, insurance, duties).

● FOB: We arrange delivery to the port of loading and cover costs up to loading; customers assume ocean freight and subsequent expenses.

● DDP: We cover all costs (shipping, insurance, duties) and deliver directly to the destination address.

Note: Pricing varies by freight term—contact our customer service in advance.

Production Variations: Due to the nature of custom umbrella printing, final quantities may occasionally vary slightly from ordered amounts. Our team will notify you of any shortages/excess. If absolute minimum quantities are required, inform us upfront.
