Customization will incur additional costs and extend the lead time by 3-5 days.
2.Regional Adaptation Customization for Promotional Walking Umbrellas？
For rainy regions (e.g., southern rainy seasons), we can upgrade the umbrella surface to "double-layer Pongee fabric + secondary spray of water-repellent agent" to enhance rainproof performance. For high-temperature and sun-exposed regions (e.g., northwestern China), the umbrella surface can be added with an anti-UV coating (increasing UV blocking rate from 99% to 99.5%), which requires additional processing fees. For coastal areas with high salt spray, the umbrella ribs can undergo "chrome-plated anti-rust treatment" and pass a 200-hour salt spray test. We also support providing region-adapted test reports.
3.Bulk Shipping Packaging & Logistics Support for Promotional Walking Umbrellas？
Bulk orders are default packaged with "individual bubble bags + five-layer corrugated cartons" (20 umbrellas per carton, anti-pressure and anti-collision). Custom corrugated cartons printed with brand LOGOs are available (minimum order of 100 cartons). For logistics, we offer sea, land, and air freight options—we work with carriers like SF Express and Sinotrans to get umbrellas delivered right to your door. Sea freight takes 15-20 days to reach Southeast Asia, and 30-35 days to get to Europe and America.
4.Customization Cost Breakdown for Promotional Walking Umbrellas？
There is no extra charge for basic customization (patterns, colors) — only the raw material price difference is charged (e.g., special-color Pongee fabric is more expensive than regular-color fabric). Additional fees apply to special process customization (3D embossed LOGOs, gold-stamped LOGOs) with a minimum order of 200 pieces. For structural customization (e.g., thickened umbrella ribs, handle material replacement), costs are calculated based on raw material price differences — carbon fiber handles are more expensive than regular plastic handles. We provide a detailed quotation for all cost breakdowns with no hidden fees, and clients placing orders of 1,000 pieces or more can apply for a 5% discount on customization costs.
5.Sample Confirmation & Revision Policy for Promotional Walking Umbrellas？
Initially, up to 3 basic samples are provided at $16 per piece (including regular LOGO printing), and the client bears the shipping cost. We support 2 free adjustments for sample revisions (e.g., LOGO position, color depth); handling fees may apply for the 3rd revision and beyond. The confirmation deadline for samples is 3 working days after the client receives them — failure to confirm within the period is deemed as default approval. The sample production cycle is not included in the total delivery cycle.
6.Accessory Compatibility Customization for Promotional Walking Umbrellas？
We support customizing compatibility with the client’s own brand accessories — for example, we can install custom brand lanyards (clients need to provide lanyard samples or design drawings) and adapt to custom brand non-slip handle covers (handle size confirmation is required, with a customization cycle of 7 days). If clients need to purchase umbrella sleeves together, custom oxford cloth umbrella sleeves printed with LOGOs are available (minimum order of 200 pieces). Umbrella sleeves and umbrellas can be packaged in a 1:1 ratio with no additional packaging fees.
