2.Specification Standards for LOGO Size and Position on Printing Promotional Umbrellas？
The LOGO size needs to fit the canopy size: for 23-25 inch canopies, we recommend the LOGO be 8-12cm wide; for canopies bigger than 27 inches, you can go up to 15-18cm for the LOGO width. Bulk quality inspection includes 5 core items: ① Printing quality (check for no color registration deviation or missing prints on the LOGO; no fading after wiping with a damp cloth 10 times); ② Fabric performance (randomly select 10 umbrellas for waterproof testing—no water seepage inside the umbrella after 30 minutes of heavy rain-level watering); ③ Rib structure (each umbrella is opened and closed repeatedly 20 times—no looseness or bending of the ribs); ④ Accessory integrity (check for no falling off of handles or umbrella caps, and no damage to lanyards/packaging); ⑤ Dimensional tolerance (the error of canopy diameter and folded length does not exceed ±0.5cm). A quality inspection report is provided with the goods, and free replacements are offered if the proportion of defective products exceeds 0.3%.
4.Number of Custom Design Modifications Allowed for Printing Promotional Umbrellas？
Two free modification opportunities are provided for the initial design draft (including LOGO color adjustments, minor tweaks to pattern position, and text information changes). We offer a LOGO re-printing service for old umbrella canopies, which requires meeting 2 conditions: ① The old umbrella frames are in good condition (no breakage or rust); ② The umbrella canopy fabric has no damage or stains (minor wear is acceptable as long as it does not affect the printing effect). The re-printing cost depends on the canopy size and printing process, with a minimum order quantity of 200 units and a lead time of 10-15 days. This service is suitable for enterprises that want to update their brand LOGOs—they can utilize old inventory umbrellas to reduce procurement costs. The quality of re-printed umbrellas is consistent with new ones, and sampling quality inspection is supported.
