4.Sample Fee and Refund Policy for Premium Promotional Umbrellas?
The standard sample fee is $16 per unit (excluding logo printing), and the sample production cycle is 7-10 days. If you place a bulk order later, the sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment. Customers need to bear the sample shipping fee, and we support SF Express/DHL cash on delivery.
5.Customs Clearance Document Support for Export of Premium Promotional Umbrellas?
We can assist in providing a full set of customs clearance documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin (CO), fumigation certificates (if wooden packaging is needed) and material safety reports.
