Originally, Hongjie started as a factory specializing in large offline umbrella orders. However, with the rise of the internet era, we noticed many customers seeking convenient small-batch online customization. This prompted us to launch our online business and reduce minimum order quantities.
Through years of operational refinement, we successfully lowered the minimum order to just 100 units – a result of streamlining our entire supply chain while maintaining strict quality standards. Most importantly, this achievement was realized without compromising product quality. The model has proven effective in helping numerous small businesses start with smaller investments, and we take great pride in this accomplishment.
We have a wide variety of Pantone-matched colors for you to choose from. Before the production of the official order, customers can determine whether the product meets their expectations based on samples and then approve the production of the bulk order.
In short, we accept both large-batch orders (from umbrella importers or distributors) and small-batch orders (from small businesses/independent brands).

● The canopy, umbrella cap, frame, umbrella bead, shaft, handle, umbrella strap, umbrella bag, etc. are all at your disposal for design.

International Delivery
We are located in Longgang District, Shenzhen City, China. Our transportation to various countries is very efficient!
● Express Delivery: Door-to-door service, which is convenient for customers to receive umbrellas directly. It is suitable for samples.
● Air Freight: It is fast but relatively expensive. It is suitable for samples and small-batch orders.
● Sea Freight: It has a lower cost but is slower. It is suitable for larger-batch orders.
General Process
1. Confirmation of Order Details
● Agreements regarding the design, size, packaging, delivery and other aspects of each part of the umbrella;
● Quotes;
2. Design Samples, Sample Delivery and Sample Approval/Revision
● A sample fee of $16 per umbrella plus the freight from Shenzhen, China to the address agreed upon by the customer. The sample fee will be refunded when the customer confirms mass production;
● Hongjie will start making samples according to your design model, which will take 7 - 10 days;
● After receiving the samples, you can approve the production of the bulk order or ask us to make modifications.
3. Mass Production
● Pay 30% in advance before starting mass production;
● Production (umbrellas + packaging) will be completed within 30 - 45 days depending on the order quantity and the complexity of the umbrellas. Bulk photos of the finished products will be sent to you;
● Pay 70% upon completion of production and before the official shipment.

What specific services are included in the $16 sampling fee? Does it support multiple modifications?
It includes digitalization of hand-drawn drafts and production of 1 set of basic material samples (including Pantone color card comparison). Free modifications (e.g., adjusting logo positions) are supported; additional modifications require a fee of $5-10 per time according to process complexity (e.g., $10 for replacing fabric materials). The final sampling fee will be fully refunded during mass production.
Will different material combinations affect the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
How to trace responsibilities when the quality of mass-produced goods is inconsistent with samples?
How to calculate the MOQ and cost of custom packaging?
Can the 30-45 day production cycle be expedited? How is the expediting fee calculated?
It can be expedited to 20-25 days, which requires: ① Using existing mold processes (no special mold opening); ② The factory has ready-made accessories for the customer's ordered umbrellas in stock; ③ Confirming the design plan in advance (shortening the sampling cycle to 5 days). For complex processes (e.g., laser engraving), the shortest cycle is no less than 30 days.
Is the payment node for the 30% advance payment "after sample confirmation" or "before production starts"? Can the payment ratio be adjusted?
It is strictly paid "after confirmation of pre-production samples" to avoid starting production before samples meet the standards. For long-term cooperative customers (with more than 3 orders), it can be negotiated and adjusted to "20% advance payment + 50% mid-production payment + 30% balance". The mid-production payment node is "when the production progress reaches 50% and video proof is provided" to reduce the risk of capital occupation.
