1.Thickness Options of Fabric for Large Promotional Umbrellas?
Right now, we offer two fabric thicknesses: 190T (standard style, great for rainy areas) and 210T (thickened style, scratch-resistant). There's no extra MOQ for bulk purchases of 190T fabric, but orders for 210T fabric need to be ≥500 units per order. Both fabrics can be paired with a water-repellent coating—no extra charge.
2.MOQ for Custom Handle Materials of Large Promotional Umbrellas?
The default EVA handles have no extra MOQ for customization. If you want to switch to natural bamboo handles/walnut wood handles, the MOQ needs to be ≥500 units (for bamboo) or ≥800 units (for walnut). You’ll also need to pay an extra material price difference, and we can provide handle samples for you to check the texture.
3.Colorfastness Test Standards for Printed Logos on Large Promotional Umbrellas?
We match Pantone color codes. After production, printed logos must pass a “600 hours of sun resistance + 20 washes” test. After the test, the color difference ΔE ≤ 1.5 (barely visible to the naked eye). We can provide test sample umbrellas before bulk production—we’ll start mass production only after you confirm the colorfastness meets standards.
4.Lead Time for Bulk Style Adjustments of Large Promotional Umbrellas?
If you only change the canopy color/LOGO position (no structural changes), the lead time is 5 days longer than regular production (regular 30 days → adjusted style 35 days). If you need to change the number of umbrella ribs (e.g., from 8 ribs to 10 ribs), the lead time is extended by 7 days, and you'll need to pay a mold adjustment fee. We’ll arrange production only after you confirm the sample.
5.Export Certification Documents for Large Promotional Umbrellas?
You can ask for three types of certification documents: CE (for the EU), REACH (chemical safety), and CPSIA (U.S. children's safety, if used for parent-child promotions). We'll issue the certification documents after the order is confirmed. If you need country-specific certifications (like Japan's PSE), you'll need to pay an extra certification service fee.
6.Replacement Time for Defective Large Promotional Umbrellas in Bulk Orders?
For bulk orders, if the proportion of defective umbrellas is ≤1%, replacement products will be shipped within 7 days after we confirm the defects. If the proportion of defective umbrellas is ＞1%, we'll not only send replacements but also compensate you with 2% of the total order value. The shipping method for replacements is the same as the original order by default—you'll need to cover the shipping difference for expedited replacements.
