Frequently Asked Questions
Can the colors of inner and outer layer printing be completely consistent?
High consistency can be achieved through professional calibration. We use pantone color matched technology: first, a spectrophotometer reads the color difference between inner and outer fabrics, then adjusts the ink formula accordingly, ensuring the ΔE of inner and outer printing colors is ≤1.5 (basically indistinguishable to the naked eye), meeting the requirement for brand color consistency.
Can the minimum order quantity of 100 umbrellas meet trial sales needs?
What specific specifications must design files meet?
Will the inner layer printing fade after long-term use?
Anti-UV ink (adding 3% anti-ultraviolet agent) is used. Tests show that after 1000 hours of sunlight exposure through the outer umbrella layer, the fading rate is ≤5%; under daily use (not long-term exposure), the color can remain stable for more than 2 years, meeting the needs of the conventional product life cycle.
What protective measures are taken for the packaging of printed products?
You can choose "single umbrella anti-static bag + partitioned hard carton" packaging. The anti-static bag has a resistance value of ≥10¹⁰Ω (to prevent dust adsorption), and the partition thickness is ≥5mm (to avoid extrusion). Four corners of the carton are reinforced with corner protectors. After simulated transportation tests, the integrity rate of printed surfaces is ≥99%.
Can samples be modified and reworked for free if the printing effect is unsatisfactory?
If design modifications are needed after sample confirmation (not due to process issues), the sample fee must be paid again; if the effect is inconsistent due to process issues (such as misalignment, blurred logos), samples will be reworked for free, with the rework cycle the same as the sample production time, ensuring full compliance before mass production.
