• 2. What Is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

  The MOQ’s not the same for every umbrella type. For golf umbrellas, you’ll need at least 100 pieces to order. Straight-rib umbrellas start at 200, and folding umbrellas at 500. But if you want custom colors for the umbrella tops, that MOQ jumps to 1200 pieces. And if you have any special customization you need, we’ll tweak the MOQ to fit what you’re asking for.

• 3. What Are the Sample Cost and Lead Time?

  Sample cost: $16 for regular samples (you only need to cover shipping fees). For complex customizations, costs are determined by details—e.g., for screen printing, an additional $16 is charged per color based on the number of printing colors. All sample costs will be fully deducted once you place a bulk order. Sample lead time: 5-7 days for regular styles; 7-10 days or longer for complex customizations.

• 4. Are You a Trading Company or a Factory?

  We are an umbrella factory with our own production workshops, not a trading company. We can arrange for your dedicated salesperson to take real photos of the workshop, and also provide real-time on-site images/videos of printing, assembly and other production links to ensure full transparency in the production process.

• 5. How Do You Ensure No Color Deviation?

  We support precise matching with Pantone color cards (for 4-color printing, color deviation ≤ ΔE1.5, almost imperceptible to the naked eye); within 24 hours after confirming the design draft, we provide a 3D umbrella rendering, and for 4-color printing, we can additionally provide enlarged images of local details; for printing orders, we can cooperate with you to inspect color deviation at any time.

• 6. I Have My Own Design—What Files Do I Need to Provide?

  You need to preferably provide AI (CS6 or later versions) or PDF (with vector layers, no rasterization) files; if using PSD files, the resolution must be ≥ 300 dpi and the RGB/CMYK mode must be specified (we offer free RGB-to-CMYK conversion service); all text must be outlined (to avoid font missing issues).

• 7. What Is the Lead Time for Bulk Production?

  Regular orders (like umbrellas with digital printing or screen printing) take 30 days to produce. For orders that need complex processes—such as full-canopy heat transfer or combined multi-process customization—or orders over 5000 pieces, the production time will be extended to 45 days or more. Your salesperson will let you know the exact production timeline when the order is confirmed.

• 8. What After-Sales Guarantees Do You Offer?

  We provide a 1-year free warranty from the date of receipt: for issues caused by production processes (such as printed color fading, glue peeling, or umbrella rib/handle malfunctions, excluding human damage), we offer free replacement or repair; for bulk orders (≥ 100 units), an additional 1% of spare umbrellas are provided to cover transportation losses.

• 9. What Payment Methods Do You Support?

  You can pay via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer, 30% deposit + 70% balance), PayPal, corporate checks, or electronic transfers; monthly settlement can be negotiated for long-term cooperative clients, and a formal contract will be signed for all payments, specifying the purpose of funds and delivery milestones to ensure your financial security.

• 10 . Which Regions Can You Ship to? What Shipping Options Are Available?

  We ship globally, with three shipping options: for small batches (≤ 100 units), we use DHL/FedEx for door-to-door delivery in 3-7 days; for large batches (≥ 500 units), sea freight is preferred with delivery to the port in 15-30 days (we can assist with customs clearance); for urgent needs, air freight can be arranged, and the specific cost and lead time will be calculated by our logistics specialist after the order is placed.
